Quick story.
last thanksgiving while in Alabama visiting my daughter and son in law he stopped and picked up a road kill deer.
We took the back strap and made shish ka bob and had it for dinner!
Yes he is an alabama native!

ROAD KILL. ooooooo not me. There is to many live ones thats to easy to kill. Maybe if you saw it get hit but not just a find.

i found a muly doe that was hit by a car today she was still alive but we killed her to put her out of her misserie so she would have been fine to eat

Thats ok if you know how long they have been dead but not just a flat road kill. Now i have picked up many taxidermy animals.
