| Mine would be Deer but moose and elk are very good. But it is hard to beat a good aged deer steak with gravey. | |

| Deer back straps merinated in Zesty Italian dressing , wrapped in bacon and slow cooked on the grill/smoker.. mmmmmm
Crappie fillets caught and cooked fresh and just lightly coated in yellow cornmeal with fries, cheese grits and hush puppies... mmmmmm
Flathead catfish.. especially the belly meat cut into strips.. soaked in butter milk and deep fried.. also with fries, cheese grits and hush puppies...mmmm
No wonder Im 270 lbs... lol

| If the bear was harvested in the spring it tastes kind of beef/moose type of combination .But if shot in the fall it has strong oily texture | |
